Alpha organizes the annual Montego Bay Summer Brass Music Workshop for primary and secondary school music teachers. It is a teacher-centred training initiative to upskill educators in certain music pedagogies in order to strengthen the music education pathway from primary to high school. Brass instrument education has been the focus for the past few years.
