Following Hurricane Melissa, the Alpha School of Music is creating spaces where community connections are rebuilt, helping young people heal and giving communities a sense of purpose and hope.
The Alpha School of Music is establishing scholarships for students impacted, sponsoring professional development and music therapy sessions for communities affected, and in partnership with Montego Bay-based Sam Sharpe Teachers’ College, leading a music education needs assessment in western Jamaica.
